Counselling usually takes place once a week for an hour, at a time agreed between counsellor and client(s).
There is no set number of sessions, but continuity and consistency is important to get the best from the counselling process; remember, you are investing in yourself.
Fees and cancellation policy will be discussed from the outset. Fees are payable at the end of each session.
While Wicklow Well provides a safe and confidential counselling service, there are certain circumstances where contact with other professionals may be necessary, in accordance with the IACP Code of Ethics, and the Children First guidelines. This will be discussed with you at the initial session.
Wicklow Well fully complies with Data Protection legislation and you will be provided with a copy of my Privacy Statement at the initial session.
Online or telephone sessions are possible for individual clients when COVID-19 restrictions do not allow for face-to-face sessions.
